When you one is panicking inwardly but they are forcing themselves to remain calm and rationalize.

An example of calm panic would be having to give someone cpr— you would be panicking, yes, but you would force yourself to stay calm and use your brain over your emotions

Bisexual Panic

When a Bisexual individual sees several people of different genders and finds both attractive.

Or;

Finding someone attractive that’s non-binary or, whose gender is unknown and not assumable, making one confused about how one’s attraction should be towards said person.

Bisexual: ”Smash right?
Friend: ”Is that a guy or a girl?”
Bisexual: ”No idea, but they’re giving me some bisexual panic”

The feeling of panic you experience when you hit the Enter button and realise you've made a mistake in the tax form.

Even though I was certain all the figures were correct, I experienced a rush of e-panic when I submitted the form.
