William Paterson University

This school is definitely not known for its strong academic standards, and the kids who go here hardly made 1000 on their SATs, if at all. Although it can be fun from time to time because drinking and smoking is huge in the dorms, and there's the occasional frat party (they kick ass in the beginning of the year, then die down), the weekends are boring because most people go home to work or they're just bored. If more people stayed on campus, it wouldn't be so boring, NOW would it??

The kids here weren't the brightest of the bunch in HS (besides me - top 10% of my class, what what!). They don't even know who William Paterson was, or what a Pioneer (our mascot) is. However, most of them are kick ass and chill people who know how to have a good time when they want to.
William Paterson is a party school, a step above community college, five steps below your average state school.

plasterphobic

Plasterphobic, a. – averse to getting plastered, or drunk. More generally employed to describe anyone with a strong aversion to even minor quantities of alcohol. A logically created quasi-blend of “plastered” and “phobic”, at times also found as “plaster-o-phobic”—an attempt to maintain the “-ed” ending of the “plastered”, which differentiates the meaning from the construction material to the alcohol-related term. The term “plaster” is not sufficiently imbued with the alcohol-related meaning to where “plasterphobic” creates an immediate response, but the term is generally accepted and subsequently commonly used after an initial explanation. Not a completely transparent creation, but probably not a nonce-usage either.
“When she came in and saw us on the couch, she backtracked and ran…and it’s not like it was THAT bad. / She’s so plasterphobic, you know she doesn’t want that in her room. ”

plate runner

A Newtown, CT, local police officer, who comes to this town from some other town and think they own the place. Nobody liked them in high school, they didn't go to college, and they don't like to see anyone being more successful then themselves. The most action they see is hassling teen agers for hanging out, and there only job duty is to drive around tailgating people and running there plates in there stupid computers, then for whatever reason they want, they will pull you over and because there jealous and nobody likes them they will hassle you, saying your eyes look blood shot, they will say they smell smoke/alcohol because they want to search your car and bust your ass so you get kicked out of college, because they where to lazy/dumb to get a real degree, they don't want you to have one either, then maybe they will get promoted so they get bumped up on the bacon scale to oink oink.
Could this plate runner tailgate me any closer? I'm going to slam my breaks on him so he can see if my break lights.
