"Cirillo to the Bone" is a phrase used to mock one's overall intelligence and skills. Another variation of this phrase is "Boned to the Cirillo" which essentially means that someone is screwed, or in deep shit.

Barney is a high dinosaur. He had drugs in his tail all the time. He brainwashes the kids by making them sing songs. That is how they became the crack looking popstars they are today. Barney would make them sing and then give them "sugar" which was actually cocaine. Barney is a big purple bitch.
