to hit one in the testicles by complete suprise,although it doesnt have to be a complete blow,it could be used just to make one flinch. this term was developed by Matthew Skura, Michael Manns, Lewis Cafarella, and Mark Manns of Buffalo, NY. (note: hitting one in the sac wasnt developed by these people,only the term to do so.)

Matt says to Mike, "Watch this Lew is coming down the hall and im gonna give him the biggest sac shot he's ever had!"

Shot of alcohol which induces vomiting. Often occures when alcohol level is at capacity. In certain cases it may be the result of a full stomache. (Usually due to an individual being a pussy.)

That bitch can handle any kind of bomb, but straight whiskey is always his trigger shot.

a book consisting of 21 pages, 1 page for each shot. These pages include who (meaning who bought it), where (the location the shot was taken, when (the time the shot was taken, what (what kind of shot), and signature (where the birthday girl signs, or trys to at least sign here name.) These pages are made by her girlfriends/sorority sisters and consist of pictures, quotes, and stickers on cute crafty paper.
