Australian coffee

When a girl punches you in the nose and then throws salt in your eyes and yells "OY" in your face while at the same time slapping you on the back so-as to cause all of the wind to be knocked out of you.

I was pretty hung over but the hostel manager woke me up with an "Australian coffee" and, strangely, I feel better now.
