Blind Racer

Blind racer is a superhero from the world of Gaia. He lost his eye sight when he was a small boy in a terrible meteor shower. While still eager to have a normal life, he joined the track team at his junior high school. He didn't know it, but there was a meteor fragment lodged in his brain that sends transmissions all over his body and increase his speed ten fold.
