A person receives the Chuckie Award for being the drunkest person at a social gathering. This award is named in honor of a neighbor who had some legendary drunken mishaps at several neighborhood parties.

Craig: Who's going to win the Chuckie Award tonight?
Mike: I think it's Rob, he's been drinking shots of whiskey all night!
