Absolutely the most annoying phrase Texans say! I have lived down here the past 14 years and have never gotten used to it. It still rubs my Yankee ears the wrong way.
It means "I can't hear you or I don't understand".

Repeatedly posting and re-posting memes, images or links in chats or threats when they have been posted by previous contributors already. Not clear where this originated but is basically referring to someone who wants to add content but can't be bothered to scroll back or read other people's posts or contributions. Presumably originally referred to a specific person but now seen in several different forums
