when you chisel into your elbow, creating a large hole. also used to insult someone who has done this to themself. it has no meaning.

1: I'm giving myself an elbow cavity, leave me alone.

2: Geoff is such and elbow cavity, i wish he would shut up

When you feel like someone is taking advantage of you.

So the Boss wants me to work Saturdays without over-time now. I gotta say I feel like I'm being bent over elbows to ankles here.
