Case Closed

An exclamatory phrase used to signify that matters have reached a point of no return. Nothing can be done. The situation has reached a low point or a level of finality. Alternatives to this phrase include "Case Locked" and "Case Welded," which indicate even higher levels of a situation being poor or hopeless.

Girl 1: I met a guy at the bar last night but but he's moving across the country next week and I'll never see him again.

Girl 2: Damn, case closed. You're locked.

Girl 3: Nah, this situation is case WELDED.

Disney Land is Closed Due to Rain

1A. A phrase most commonly used when a woman wants someone to know that she is on her period, without saying "I'm on my period.". (Refer to Example 1 and 3)

1b. A subtle way for girls and women to say they are on their period when social situations make them too afraid to say, "I'm on my period.". (Refer to Example 1 and 3)

2. A phrase used when a woman wants to tell her boyfriend that she is on her period. But, for whatever reason, needs to say it subtely. (Refer to Example 2 and 3)

{Example 1}
Girl 1: Whats wrong? Why don't you want to go swimming?

Girl 2: I just don't. You know I heard that Disney Land is Closed Due to Rain!

Girl 1: Oooh, really? That sucks. If I would have known we would have gone swimming another day.

Boy: Hey babe.... (starts kissing her and making sexual advances)

Girl: Not today babe, Disney Land is Closed Due to Rain.

Boy: Whats wrong? Your so moody, even my mom wants to know what's wrong!

Girl: I'm sorry honey. I heard Disney Land is Closed Due to Rain.

Boy: Wow, well that would explain it.

in the closet with the light on

When someone is homosexual but for whatever reason will not tell others and often pretend to be straight, though it is obvious to everyone around them they are not be straight due to social cues and stereotypical ways of dressing or acting around those of the same sex. Though they may be in the closet, it is obvious to everyone as the light in the closet gives away their presence within the otherwise dark walls of denial.

Observer 1:"Hey did you see the way she was flirting with all of those girls at the softball game yesterday?"
Observer 2: "Yeah I guess but doesn't she consider herself straight?"
Observer 1: "I'm not too sure about that, I'd say she is in the closet with the light on."
