Hooligan Tool

n. Any non-electrical tool that can be used for breaking-and-entering or assault, especially heavy tools that can be used to bludgeon and batter.

"I know he wasn't fixing a leaky faucet with that monkey wrench. That was undoubtedly his hooligan tool."

One who exists for the benefit of a corporate entity at the expense of society as a whole. A pawn who exists to serve said corporate entity above his fellow man. Loathed by virtually all.

The FCC chair Ajit Pai is the literal definition of a corporate tool.

When calling someone a "tool" or "tool bag" just does'nt quite define that person. Tool Chest encompases all that is
defined under "tool" and then some.

If you have ever called someone multiple names including "tool," simply replace all said names with "Tool Chest."

Person 1:
"Brad is such a Douche bag Loser who needs to be punched in his fat head!"

Person 2:
"Brad is a Tool Chest."
