Abbreviation of "Queers Anonymous", a growing group of Conservative homosexuals who believe that Donald Trump is being undermined by a devious, secret organization known as the "Deep State".
Activities of Q Anon members include "researching" super ultra top-secret governmental conspiracies, engaging in intensive and demanding armchair commando training, posting their beliefs on totally unrelated posts/ads on social media sites, and tapping their feet in airport bathrooms.
Donald Trump has indicated that he himself is a believer and/or a member of "Queers Anonymous".
