micro-relationship

When you've been engaging in sexual activity with another person for 2 to 5 months monogamously, but then the relationship abruptly ends. This is before you are officially dating and refer to said other person as a boyfriend or girlfriend. Toward the end of the experience, you begin to question whether you will end up with this person until you realize that a more likely outcome is that you will never see them again.

I'm still looking for love Nico. All I've had are a couple micro-relationships since I moved here, but nothing serious yet.
