When expected to win a game (such as Poker, Chess or Fortnite), with little chance of loss, "doing a Chunky" refers to situations where the expected winner makes a catastrophic mistake and loses the game.

Bob should have won that Poker competition last night, but he "did a Chunky" instead, and lost as he needed an excessively long toilet break
