Jeff: "I absolutely cannot hit triceps today, I'm within my 48 hour cooldown period and my current level of nervous system fatigue is suboptimal. I had to skip my copenhagen split marches due to 100% treadmill utilization by the new year's resolutioners. Also, if we leave the gym any later than 28 seconds from now I'm going to miss my protein window-"
