Sex workers’ slang:
A preteen (less than 14 years old) boy who runs away from home and hires a sex worker to get laid.
The sex worker usually turns him down and calls Child Protective Services.

The terms comes from anime, where it means little caricatures of people with big heads and small bodies.

“Chibi” literally means “dwarf” in Japanese.

Angela: I had a chibi call me last night.

Danielle: OMG, what did you do?
Angela: I just called CPS on him.

Danielle: Poor little dude.

Angela: The world is more fucked up than I imagined.

Chibidoki

a 'Chibidoki' is another word for 'incel', but rather then the usual 'hating women' attitude, a Chibidoki can not get laid because they are weird and unfunny.

An alternative meaning could be someone who is obsessed with psychotic people or insanely non-human creatures in a romantic sense, e.g. The Bug from Men in Black.

Jim: "Dude, stop being such a Chibidoki, it's not funny."

My Chemical Romance

A band that started in 2001 and, sadly, ended in 2013. They are considered to be part of the "Emo Trinity": Fall Out Boy, Panic! Ar The Disco, and My Chemical Romance. However, they are not actually emo. They have four really amazing albums out: "I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love", "Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge", "The Black Parade", and "Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys". The band had five official members: Gerard Way, Frank Iero, Mikey Way, Ray Toro, and Bob Bryar. Bob left in 2010. Their fans are technically called "Killjoys". MCR is freaking amazing, and that's that. So long and goodnight.

My Chemical Romance is one of the best bands that has ever made music. Every record is very different and raw. They are a very talented group of individuals. With 4 records total named 'I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love' , 'Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge' , 'The Black Parade' & 'Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoy's'. They just put out a 10 year anniversary record of The Black Parade called 'The Black Parade/Living With Ghosts'. They're not dead, you can not kill idea's.
