This word describes the feeling of being extremely high due to marijuana use. This word is used to describe someone who is so high they cannot function properly. It can also be used in first person.

“Omg last night Marcus was so high he walked through a drive thru, paid, and didn’t take his food, he must have been high off his zoonies.”
