Belligerent

Describing behavior or attitude exhibited by a black person interacting with law enforcement after he or she has been summarily executed for a misdeameanor. Otherwise known as being argumentative, panicked and/or exasperated.

Tyrone: Why the hell did you pull me over??
Police: Oh now you're just being belligerent!
Tyrone: Noo! Don't shoot me!

Police: Show me your ID please
