Statement in response to being told that your work sucks, or you suck in general. Often said in defense of one's self when being accused of sucking by people of limited knowledge or bad information. Commonly stated in a rushed together pronunciation "idontsuckyousuck" for maximum impact, and to point out that the person doing the accusing actually sucks, not you.
- Hey, I couldn't help but noticing that you did a terrible job saving the day again, you sure do suck!
- I DON'T SUCK, YOU SUCK!
or
- idontsuckyousuck!
- I DON'T SUCK, YOU SUCK!
or
- idontsuckyousuck!

If u just got someone really good or need them to understand how much of nothing they are, this is the phrase to use. Best if used against Chirish or people named Daniel Tim.

To ask someone "why do you suck so hard?" is a sexual pun that refers to oral sex sarcastically, while generally implying that the person just REALLY emphatically sucks.
You never want to party. Why do you suck so hard?
As if to say:
Why you gotta drag your teeth?
Maaaaan, you deeply SUCK.
You haven't been out with us in ages. Why do you suck so hard?

When you help another person, on the condition they help you back in return. It's basically another iteration of "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours"
