Satanist

Certainly not a Luciferian: Satanists are similar though and some of the things they do are evil, when Luciferians avoid dogma, a Satanist belongs to a serious cult misinterpreted as evil. But Anton LaVey would not approve of inappropriate behaviour. For example they have 9 guidelines, not 11, that is the similarity between a Satanist and a Luciferian.

Multigenerational Satanist families often have very ancient surnames or habitational names of certain types. Often times many or most members of these particular families have been Satanists for hundreds or even thousands of years.

The 1992 FBI Cult Watch report on Satanic Ritual Abuse mentions multigenerational Satanist families.
