A derivation and misspelling for "Manah Manah"
Originally from a movie or some such , but later a comedy skit done on the Muppets Show was the one we all remember.
Two Pink cow lookin' things are "do do da dooin", while this crazy looking muppet keeps on saying "Manah Manah".

On Fo-Nem

"Fo Nem" Fo being slang for "fore"which is short for {fo-parents} "foreparents" i.e. ones ancestors. So "on fo nem" means to swear by the graves of parents, grandparents, great grandparents, and so on back for generations which is in turn the definition of "foreparents".
