When someone you know is acting beyond stupid. Dumb, unknowingly, stupid. Yeah, I know a lot of them.

-Man1- Hey what are you doing?

-Man2- Nothing really just doing homework from last week
-Man1- oh cool. Want help?

-Man2- Yes please!
-Man1- 9+8=17 you imbecile!

-Man2- I knew that! (crossing fingers)
