Gulai

Gulai is an Indonesian dish that contains meat (usually chicken, beef, offal or mutton) or vegetables (mostly unripe jackfruit, cassava leaves, and banana stem) covered in a sort of sauce similar to curry. The gulai commonly has a thick consistency with a yellowish colour because of the addition of ground turmeric. An example of gulai can be found in the GIF I have included below.
