situation friend

a friend that you do not actually like their personality, but bc of a situation( small shitty towns, at an event, relatives the same age as you, classes with random ppl ) you spend time with them (not always on a regular basis). this person annoys you at times and you may or may not find their beliefs expensive.

example 1

(14 year old girl) : why did you hangout with emma’s sister she slept with my ex
her friend:bc my mom is bsfs with her mom so we went on vacation together

ex 2:
boy: why do u hangout with my ex

girl: we volunteer at the same place

ex3:

patient: i feel like none of my friends really get me
therapist: they are probably situation friends

Family and Friends

A paperback schoolbook used in Vietnamese primary schools that is a very useful tool for teaching English. The content itself is fairly useless but when the students misbehave in class, you can roll up a copy and hit them with it.

If you call me a bidet one more time I will beat you with this copy of Family and Friends.

Ngoc is my enforcer. When someone misbehaves I give her the nod and she puts the misbehaving student in check with a rolled up copy of Family and Friends. As you can see, I have great classroom management skills.

it’s someone who won’t leave you for their boyfriend and will make time for you anytime and will do anything in their power to make sure you not left out because best friends help each other in ways just friends could help. a best friend is supposed to be for life. but i not always so make the most of your time with ur best friend before the choose their boyfriends over you!
