A Zigga is the street name for Xanax. Using the Z sound produced off the X Zigga is created. Majority of the usage is inside Atlantic City, NJ.

Ziggy

A grown man who has accomplished nothing in life. He puts on a good act of being sweet & loving but is a thief & a cheater. Also has something wrong in his head. The only thing good about him is the 10 seconds before he busts, leaving you very dissatisfied that you even embarked on the adventure in the first place.

"Ziggy is the worst dishwasher we ever had, how hard can it be for him to rinse off dishes & load them?"
Coworker replies "The bosses nose must be broken because of that Ziggy stench I would have known he couldn't rinse a dish!"
