A word originally used to show being cool, relaxed and overall awesome, now being used for the same reason but end up getting the opposite results.
Other variations exist like:

Swug, a level of swag higher than swag
Sweg, an alternative spelling method used by gamers or in chats
Swog, opposite of swag
Swig, a quick drink of a beverage (or swag of an unusual manner)
Random Gamer: Oh man! Did ya see that kill? That was pure sweg.

Person 1: Woah! How'd you do that?
Person 2: Swag.
Person 3: Nevermind...

Person 1: I got so much swag!
Person 2: Sounds like swog to me.

A term parents use to try and sound "hip" and "cool" so that they can be "in the now" it's relatively used to mean a since of style or vigor.

A word that has been used far too much. Supposed to mean coolness or something silly like that. You probably don't have swag since you are look it up, which believe me, by the standards of other people I know who 'have swag'. is just fine.
