A cliche used when there is indecisive action which limits one's ability to function. It can be used to encourage one to get over a hurdle and move on, or to accept a loss.
The president's Chief of staff. told the Democrats to Get Over It, in the most confusing way. On the one hand, he provided significant new and clarification of old evidence of at least 2 of the most indefensible impeachable offenses. On the other hand, he seemed to be saying to America this as the new normal.

No not bending as in avatar Bending as bending someone over and kicking their spine and breaking it. Kung Fu type crap so like you bend them over on something like a couch or something and breaking their spine with a kick (only do this to your worst enemies)
This girl kept shipping me with James Charles so I bent her over.
What do you mean by that??
So what you do is bend a person over and kick their spine and with one kick you break their spine it's easy once you get the hang of it.
Oh okay I thought you meant something else.
So yeah I paralyzed her.
Alright I'm going to be bending over some people now that I know this trick
(so like you bend them over on something like a couch or something and breaking their spine with a kick)

Similar to over-slept but instead of a delicious sleep making you late, a delicious lengthy poop makes you late. Or some times agonizing constipation, or high- fiber poo. Whatever the case, you have to call in late because you were "delayed" "held up in traffic" etc. Your family and closest friends know the truth.
MAN ON TOILET: "Honey , please call my boss. Tell him I'll be 15 minutes late. I'm held up in traffic."
WIFE: "Looks like you OVER-POOPED again."
