The “Ratchet One”: a tasteless, classless person (most often a female at birth) who does vile and off color things on a frequent basis while still maintaining a deluded diva status in her own mind.

He always takes the form of an ambulance, the only exception being the Micheal Bay movies in which he is a hummer. (Though seems to be modified to be some form of an ambulance)
