Administranger

A unknown presence that has claimed ownership of an administrator account on a network or personal computing device.

My computer has been taken over by an administranger, there are multiple user accounts with administrator privileges that I cannot delete.

It seems you no longer have access to any drives on the network, this is a text book sign that you have been breached by an administranger.
