GE usually portrays more emphasis on completely ignorant, obnoxious and crude comments. Very similar to the online trolling(as it's particularly used online and through other forms of social media), Garbage Expression is expressing completely ignorant/vile thoughts or ideas through any form of expression whether that be in real life or online, using phrases and thoughts that make people cringe or feel uncomfortable. Garbage Expression seems to be a now very prominent form of humor, as we are starting to see it in the media. A perfect example of Garbage Expression would be the humor portrayed through The Eric Andre Show.
Jonny is so into anti-comedy so much that he now uses garbage expression as a form of personal entertainment.
