It's a movement created by straight men to mock people trashing on them for not liking to date a trans woman. These men feel odd to date trans women but do not hate them but still get bash so this movement is to say no to hate for not dating trans.

super straight guy: Look, no hate you look beautiful but I'm not into dating trans women cause this feels odd to me so I'm super straight.

Allegedly, sexually attracted only to cis members of the opposite sex. That is, a "super straight" man will allegedly only be sexually attracted to cis women. However, since such men may be attracted to trans women when they do not know that they are trans, the actual definition is "allegedly heterosexual and lying transphobe."

The "super straight" man thought the chick in The Crying Game was hot, at least for the first few minutes. Then he set his DVR on fire and cried "No homo!"
