A growing expression which is used by mostly Straight Edge people (and also others) who are going to a party where there is alcohol, but still having a great fucking time.

Example 1: "Hey, Mike! You going to Sarah's party next Saturday?"
-"HELL TO THE YEAH! Gonna nuke the SHIT out of it!"

Example 2: Friend on the phone: "Where you at??"

-"We're nuking a party, man!"

Rice Party
