A school where every second student is on drugs. Kelmscott senior high school is where you can probably ask anyone for weed and get some (it will be laced with something). Although they like to pride themselves on the good ATAR scores every year with the "wE ArE bETEr ThAN ApPLEcRoSs!!!!" excuse (they're not). The weed is shit.
