Megalovania effect

When a song created by toby fox becomes over played, the original song is good, however, it is played to such a extreme degree that it becomes annoying to here. An example is megalovania, which is a good song but became a meme and is a joke now.

What an annoyed attendee snorts at you when you sarcastically voice a gross/crude/embarrassing "audio clip" during/after a humiliating event that others would prefer to hush up or forget/ignore.

The Djo Effect

A strange feeling of discomfort and agony that occurs when a piece of media (be it a song, a movie, a videogame, a book, etc.) that you are extremely fond of which was once relatively unknown to the general public suddenly becomes extremely mainstream via social media or some other means of publicity, thus kinda ruining the personal connection you had made with that piece of media.
