Hypocrisy horse- a person that is self righteous and vociferous in their attitude and is guilty of the same things that they are speaking out against.

I shook my head as she climbed up on her hypocrisy horse, telling me what a slob I am while sitting surrounded by a chaotic mess.

Hypocrite

Someone who condemns a thing but does that exact thing themselves. E.g. someone who comments on an Instagram post "Attention seeking behaviour" implying that such behaviour is to be frowned upon, but in so commenting they have invited attention. Such folks might then get into massive long flame threads if picked up on this, inviting yet more attention. In the end they may have scored more attention than the OP.

A: "Attention seeking behaviour"
B: "Dude, you're such a hypocrite"
A: "I'm not a hypocrite, you creep"
B: "Are so - you telling me you posted that comment hoping *nobody* would notice? Hypocrite."

I mean, I've been pointing out the hypocrisy for years. I've also been pointing out the you not giving a shit about anything outside of your own solipsistic experience. So that's not new either.
