When a "girl" gets pregnant too soon at 16, the girls mum is 32 and the grandmother is 48. The phenonomen, unfortunately for modern society at large, occurs in deprived and sometimes isolated areas of a nation where sexual education is low or non-existent. The consequences to the individual are massive. History repeats itself.
16 year cycle - definition: Joe was doing really well for the high school basketball team, training hard. But man didn't y'all hear he got his girl Eva pregnant and now he's gotta stick with his factory job to support the bambino on the way. Career over before it started! Man, you have to feel the pain with him! Its like that "Specials song, - too much too young"!
