Boba chats are a casual way to meet someone new or to reconnect with an old friend to catch up. It's often a spontaneous way to plan a meetup over boba milk tea.

Kevin: "Wow we haven't talked in a while! How have you been?"
Kelly: "I'm doing good! Can we have a boba chat? I have a lot I want to share with you!"
Kevin: "Awesome. Boba Guys at 3 tomorrow?"

oof in the chat

Either an expression of extreme positivity or extreme negativity (humiliation)
Positive "oof in the chat" should be reciprocated with an "oof in the chat".
Negative "oof in the chat" can be followed by "major oof" depending on the severity of the situation or the person's humiliation.

Positive:

Person 1: "I just found diamonds in Minecraft"
Person 2: "Oof in the chat!"
Person 1: "Oof in the chat!"

Negative (humiliation):

Person 1: "I left my LA project at home!"
Person 2: "Oof in the chat!!"
Person 1: "Major oof!"
