A phrase popularly used on the networking college site facebook.com. It refers to an individual's desire for any type of relationship, specifically, "dating," "friendship," and/or "random play." Some view this phrase as having a dergatory connotation, making the individual look desperate or without standards. Others simply view it as an honest explanation of relationship expectations and have no qualms posting this phrase.

Phrase used instead of whatever floats your boat to describe that any course of action is acceptable with the person that says it. Goats are more bouyant than boats. Therefore the phrase is more flexible than boats. And better.

Person 1: I should... eat a pony. And a small child.

Its a more perverse way of saying "whatever" but its a more definet way to say whatever. And or saying you really dont give a fuck at the same time.
