Snough

A snough (pronounced snoff) is a combination of a sneeze and a cough which happen at the same time. In this case, one doesn't know whether to say 'bless you' or just ignore the noise!

Snough

A cross between a sneeze and a cough. When the body wants to sneeze but has a tickle in the throat and needs to cough at the same time.

That was a weird sneeze, it was more of a snough.
