Get the Dark Soul mug.The dark night of the soul is a spiritual depression, that ranges from feelings of extreme GOD-like bliss one day to all of a sudden extreme sadness, manic states and confusion the next day.
Dark night of a soul is best described as an existential crisis and is typically happens sometime after a spiritual awakening. It’s painful and confusing if you resist it but it is possible to overcome somewhat quickly if you fully surrender into it.
Every human will experience it in at least one of their lifetimes if they want to reach a Nirvana state and become enlightened.
