Taken from the popular Twitch.tv phrase/emote "Kappa" which means you're joking. Was later shortened to "Cap" outside of Twitch with the phrase being picked up and popularized by influencers.

Another word for lying and used online and in real life… it’s mostly used by teenagers and kids at around the age 6-25
Person 1: Bruv, ain’t that Cap
Person 2: I’m being serious, I am British not American
Person 1: yeah right, your totally British, because they are legends
