Hang Dog can have a variety of Definitions. It's most popular definition is in the form of an verb. The act of "doing" a hang Dog is when a male exposes there genitalia and rests there member on an unsuspecting victims shoulder. When the victim turns there head to see what is resting on there shoulder they usually are horrified with disgust. At that point they have been "Hang Doged."
