Young/pre teens that spend time at the mall just to hang out whenever they get the chance with no other particular purpose. Kids that walk around the mall in groups of 2-4.

"Mall Rats" refers to young teens between ages 13-15, male for female (mostly female).

Tet Rat

A slang term originating from the western suburbs of Philadelphia, often used as an insult. While originally intended as a noun to describe an individual that undertakes a lifestyle that one does not agree with, it later evolved into a homophobic slur. While portrayed less harsh than the "N-word", it can hold a similar weight and often maybe be referred to as the "T-word".

Chris: Jesus Christ dude I fucking hate that Tet Rat. What a douche. Like who the fuck does he think he is?
