Get the Stay Nill Till Ya Drillmug. The act of approaching and restricting an unsuspecting friend and slowly driving your fist into the side of their rib cage, constantly increasing pressure and violently twisting your fist back and forth like a rig drill. Its very painful and uncomfortable.
While applying the torture treatment, it is common to shout out "Mega McMooch mule rig drill rib driver!"
