A fart that comes out of your ass that you didn't mean to intentionally let that is extremely quiet. "Like slippers on a floor".

I was in a meeting at work when I suddenly felt a grumble in my stomach, I couldn't up and leave at that momemt; however, some silent slippers popped out of me like a squeezed balloon.
