(noun) The increase in fear, anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts, and subsequent worsening of academic performance, observed in minority students following the election of President Donald Trump, often as the result of being a victim of racially-motivated bullying (see definition 1)
But whether or not a student is a member of a targeted group, all students witnessing it in action are vulnerable to the stresses of The Trump Effect.

Sort of like “two pump chump” (only lasts two pumps before finishing during intercourse) but after Stormy Daniels detailed testimony, it’s clear that the defendant needed a new nickname as he loves to apply them to others, unwittingly. It’s just fair, funny and it fits.
“Donald laid on top of me, pumped twice, finished, rolled over and fell asleep! He’s a two-pump Trump which is similar to a two-pump chump but more orange.
