a term coined by the fabulous poons of da Ridge used to express a wide variety of sexually uncomfortable situations. You can say "moop!" if being raped, be mooped (hit on by someone), moop others, or someone can be a moop (a sketchy old man who hits on young girls). this word is a versatile as they come.

rarely, it can be applied in a positive manner as well (he can moop me ANYday!)
