Karen is NOT the same as saying the N-word.
Karen shops at Whole Foods, drives a white SUV, sends her kids to an elite private pre-school, puts up a 'gather' sign during COVID-19, and is always speaking to the manager.
KAREN IS A STEREOTYPICAL UPPER-MIDDLE CLASS WHITE WOMAN. KAREN IS THE EPITOME OF WHITE PRIVILEGE AND USES HER POWER TO STEP ON OTHERS .
Karen is BFFs with Becky. Enough said.

Are you a manager? Because Karen has you on speed dial.
Sometimes I feel like I'm not victimising myself enough for being an upper middle class white woman, but I can always rely on a local Karen to give me courage and inspiration to speak up against my oppressors!
My 7 year old daughter has been asking me some difficult questions like: "Why can't we make gluten-free bruschetta and have a penthouse soiree during COVID lockdown?" I've given up with explanations... now I just point at a local Karen and say "I can't risk turning into her".

Karen is a stereotypical, entitled white woman so wrapped up in her own needs she is unable to appreciate other people's perspectives or experience...And doesn't really give a shit anyway.
The term "Karen" is the natural consequence of a progressive feminist culture that tells women they are "right" regardless of circumstance. One which creates derogatory lexicon like "manspreading" "Mansplaining" and"Toxic masculinity" will inevitably be counter labeled for what it is.
The young Karen grows up in a society that tells her men/masculinity is bad, therefore being female is "good". She is told she is a princess and it's "All about her". She say's "I" and "me" in most sentences and believes HER point of view is all that matters. She has watched TV, movies, and marketing that elevated her position without merit based solely on her demographic. She is the result of a lifetime of positive reinforcement for simply existing without actually having to do anything of value or importance.
As a result, she ages into a self-important, pushy, selfish, unhappy "She bully" who wields a sword of accusation with an irritating confidence. She believes she SHALL NOT be questioned or second guessed due to cultural propaganda and she is almost never held accountable and if she's is confronted becomes an instant victim. She wears armor of self righteous entitlement that she believes protects her from unbiased criticism. She is a a depressed, bitter and irritating person..Often on anti-depressants

Karen..."Excuse me! I need to speak with your manager"
"He'll do what I tell him because, you know, Happy wife, happy life"
"My husband...(Negative comment)"
"I'll go right in there and tell them..."

Everyone lives near at least one of those low lives that have nothing to do except complain to the police or make unnecessary remarks some people call them Rachel's but I prefer Karen's
