A Zach Dias is a new generation of correctional officer. A kind of guy that gets under the supervisors desk and could clean the chrome on a trailer hitch. The guy who has a child molester mustache because he does not have the testosterone to grow a real one. A little cocky shit that thinks he know everything yet knows nothing because he has no life experience.
