Emos use these common sayings daily, “I hate my mom”, “school sucks” and “fuck you”, they also make fun of their friends for being “basic” because they are on another level of awesome.

Get the Emomug. Emo Romeo is Romeo from Romeo and Juliet. Throughout the play, Romeo is caught saying somber things, or people that know him to talk about how sad he is. A quote from the book, said by his father reads, "Many a morning hath he there been seen, With tears augmenting the fresh morning's dew... Away from the light steals home my heavy son, And private in his chamber pens himself..." His persona is like a broken teenager who is lonely and emo.
